definitions
Vendor refers to the owner of the website - the person to whom the purchase order is sent. (Alwan Solar is the seller)
Buyer refers to the person or organization making the order. (the customer is the buyer)
Goods or services refers to the product(s) for which the buyer has placed an order from the seller.

All payments are due upon completion of the order. If no payment is received or the payment method is declined, the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. The only exception is the payment method (Cash on Delivery - COD). The order will be dispatched, however, it will only be delivered/delivered against payment. Buyer forfeits ownership of any goods due to non-payment. We accept: Visa - Master Card - K-Net - Cash on Delivery
shipping policies
Shipping costs will be paid by the Buyer in the amount calculated by the Seller at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are subject to buyer's location of delivery
Refund / Return Policy
The customer has the right to exchange or return products for a full refund within a period of 48 working hours from the date of purchase unless there is an exception announced by the seller or the product is known to have a longer grace period.
According to the implementation list of Kuwait Consumer Protection Law 39/2014 - Chapter Six: Regulations for Product Exchange and Return - Rule 25
The customer is not entitled to request an exchange or return in the following cases
If the customer knew about the problem or defect in the product in advance and it was recorded in the invoice and the customer accepted the product in this condition.
The nature of the product or its packaging precludes it from being exchanged or returned in such a way that it is impossible to resell the product unless the product contains problems or
Manufacturing defects differ from default conditions.

cancellation
The order may be canceled until it has been sent for delivery.
complaints
Any complaints about the items or the seller should be sent to our support team. Please contact technical support. There is no guarantee of resolution. Each case will be considered individually and the seller will be in touch.
Legal aspects
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the goods or services have been received by the buyer. If any damage occurs from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shall not bear any responsibility.
Any dispute arising out of such use of the Website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
