In accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we clarify the following policy to our valued customers:
1- Exchange and Return:
Customers have the right to exchange or return the product within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the order, subject to the following conditions:
The product must be in its original condition and unused.
The purchase invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
The customer bears the shipping fees if the reason for the return is not related to a defect in the product.
2- Products that are not returnable or exchangeable:
Products damaged due to misuse.
Products purchased as part of special offers or discounts.
3- Offers and Discounts:
Products sold as part of special offers and discounts cannot be returned or exchanged.
