سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال
- خلال 14 يوماً من استلام المنتج يحق لك طلب استبداله أو إرجاعه واسترداد قيمته، بشرط أن يكون بحالته الأصلية وغير مستعمل، بعبوته وملحقاته وكتيباته كاملة، مع الفاتورة أو رقمها.
- نردّ المبلغ كاملاً دون أي خصم، وبنفس وسيلة الدفع، خلال 14 يوم عمل.
- يتم الإرجاع بتسليم المنتج في أي فرع من فروعنا أو في مركز الخدمة (فرع أسواق القرين – محل رقم 277). استلام المنتج من موقعك خدمة اختيارية برسوم 2–5 د.ك حسب المنطقة، وبعد موافقتك.
- لا يشمل الاسترجاع: الطلبات الخاصة، والمنتجات التي رُكّبت أو شُغّلت أو وُصلت بالكهرباء أو عُبّئت بالوقود أو الزيت أو شُحنت (البطاريات)، والمستهلكات المفتوحة، والمنتجات التي تلفت بعد الاستلام، ومنتجات التصفية أو «المستعمل/العرض» المذكورة في الفاتورة.
- هذه السياسة لا تمسّ حقك في الإصلاح أو الاستبدال أو استرداد القيمة عند وجود عيب تصنيع.

Return & Exchange Policy
- Within 14 days of receiving your item you may exchange or return it for a refund, provided it is unused, in its original condition and packaging with all accessories and manuals, and with the invoice or invoice number.
- We refund the full amount, with no deductions, to the original payment method within 14 business days.
- Returns are made by handing the item in at any of our branches or the service center (Souq Al-Qurain branch, shop 277). Pick-up from your location is optional, for 2–5 KD depending on the area, with your prior approval.
- Not eligible: special orders; items that have been installed, operated, connected to power, filled with fuel or oil, or charged (batteries); opened consumables; items damaged after delivery; clearance, used or display items marked as such on the invoice.
- This policy does not affect your right to repair, replacement or refund for a manufacturing defect.
