سياسة التوصيل
- نوصّل داخل الكويت. رسوم التوصيل 2–5 د.ك حسب المنطقة، والمبلغ الأكيد يظهر لك في صفحة الدفع قبل إتمام الطلب.
- التوصيل خدمة نقل فقط: نسلّم المنتج عند باب الموقع. التركيب والتوصيل الكهربائي والتشغيل خدمات منفصلة بعرض سعر.
- نتواصل معك لتأكيد موعد التوصيل، والمواعيد تقديرية.
- إذا لم يتواجد أحد في العنوان وقت التوصيل، تكون إعادة التوصيل برسوم توصيل جديدة حسب المنطقة.
- افحص المنتج عند الاستلام، وسجّل أي ملاحظة (تلف في الكرتون، نقص، كسر) مع المندوب أو تواصل معنا فوراً.

Shipping Policy
- We deliver within Kuwait. Delivery costs 2–5 KD depending on the area; the exact amount is shown at checkout before you place your order.
- Delivery is transport only: the item is handed over at your door. Installation, electrical connection and setup are separate services quoted on request.
- We will contact you to confirm the delivery time; delivery times are estimates.
- If no one is available at the address, redelivery is charged as a new delivery fee for the area.
- Please inspect the item on delivery and report any issue (damaged box, missing parts, breakage) to the driver or contact us right away.
